At Zayda's Toy Emporium, we want you to be happy with your purchase. If you are not completely satisfied with your order, please review our return and refund policy below.

Returns

We accept returns for both defective and non-defective products within 30 days of delivery.

To be eligible for a return, items must be new, unused, unopened when applicable, and in their original packaging. Returned products must include all parts, accessories, manuals, and packaging materials originally received.

Please include your order number, email address used at checkout, reason for return, and photos if the item is damaged, defective, or incorrect.

Return Shipping

We offer returns at no cost to the customer for eligible defective and non-defective products. Once your return request is approved, we will provide return instructions by email.

Restocking Fee

We do not charge any restocking fee.

Exchanges

We do not accept exchanges at this time. If you need a different item, please return the eligible product for a refund and place a new order.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you whether your refund has been approved.

If approved, your refund will be issued to your original payment method within 7 business days. Your bank or payment provider may take additional time to post the refund to your account.

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

Please inspect your order upon delivery. If your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us as soon as possible with your order number and clear photos of the issue.

Non-Returnable Items

We may refuse returns for items that have been used, damaged after delivery, altered, missing parts, or returned without original packaging. Final sale items may not be eligible for return unless they arrive damaged, defective, or incorrect.
